friendly staff plentiful tea great location
the staff were attentive. i appreciated the plentiful tea and coffee in the room. the location is great and convenient.
filling the kettle proved a little tricky due to the basin size.

the room was a nice size and included a big bed. the mattress offered good support, though it felt a little soft. the bathroom had a bath with a shower overhead, suitable for shorter individuals.

the hotel is located conveniently near the pier. bars and restaurants are within close proximity. parking on the road looked difficult, but i booked a car parking space on their main car park.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! a good choice of fresh fruits, pastries, yoghurt, and cereals were available. a cooked breakfast, ordered at the table, was plentiful and of good quality. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

fantastic location helpful staff great attention free parking
The location was fabulous, right across from the sea! the staff was helpful and always smiling. i noticed real attention to detail throughout the hotel. Everything felt well-cared for. i especially liked the free parking. It made everything so much easier.
the shower was a bit small, making it a little tricky to turn it on without splashing water everywhere.

perfect seaside escape!
great location rear parking clean room attentive service
The hotel location is fantastic. It is so close to shops, restaurants, and the tourist bus stop, this made exploring very simple. the room felt so nice and neat. the staff shone brightly, especially suzane, her breakfast service was so attentive and her pleasant nature greatly enhanced my mornings.
The mountain view room i booked mostly overlooked the car park and the rear of other buildings. The vista wasn't quite the scenic escape i'd hoped for.

Breakfast offered a super coffee machine plus a lovely welsh breakfast, such a great experience! nothing seemed overlooked, with a menu that catered very thoughtfully to diverse tastes. This was such a good experience.

The room was beautifully decorated and clean with everything needed for a relaxing stay. i slept soundly each night. The comfort was excellent and i felt at ease in such a cosy environment, amazing!!!

the breakfast selection offered great variety. the room was clean and the bedding felt new. i found the location very convenient for exploring.
parking availability was not as expected. the limited spaces filled up quickly. the room decor felt a bit outdated.

the hotel is right across from the main beach area and that was very convenient. the breakfast staffs were really good, they really shone with their service.

I found friendly staff at reception, ready to assist with any questions. The breakfast service was well-organized. The room included tea and coffee making facilities (a nice touch after a long day).
