the staff were friendly. i appreciated the plentiful tea and coffee in the room. the location is great and convenient.
filling the kettle proved a little tricky due to the basin size.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! a good choice of fresh fruits, pastries, yoghurt, and cereals were available. a cooked breakfast, ordered at the table, was plentiful and of good quality. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

The location was fabulous, right across from the sea! the staff was helpful and always smiling. i noticed real attention to detail throughout the hotel. Everything felt well-cared for. i especially liked the free parking. It made everything so much easier.
the shower was a bit small, making it a little tricky to turn it on without splashing water everywhere.

The hotel location is fantastic. It is so close to shops, restaurants, and the tourist bus stop, this made exploring very simple. the room felt so super clean and cozy. the staff shone brightly, especially suzane, her breakfast service was so attentive and her pleasant nature greatly enhanced my mornings.
The mountain view room i booked mostly overlooked the car park and the rear of other buildings. The vista wasn't quite the scenic escape i'd hoped for.
